Sharaine Richards
Co-Founder
Sharaine Richards is a Commercial Finance Consultant who assists business owners and real estate investors with access to financing to grow their businesses. She is also a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who provides anesthesia care to patients throughout hospitals and surgery centers. Having the experience of helping people in different roles has given Sharaine the confidence to know that her passion and purpose in this life is to find ways to help others.
Through her finance business, Sharaine was introduced to multifamily real estate and realized that real estate syndication is another great opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Sharaine recognized immediately that through real estate syndication she could provide people without any prior real estate background with the ability to invest in multifamily properties and earn passive income. She and her business partner Stacy are building on their experience in the different realms of real estate and utilizing a network of investors to create opportunities for everyday people like you to get into a stable investment that will yield great returns for years to come!
In her spare time, Sharaine enjoys reading, creating new experiences, seeking peaceful and relaxing environments, and traveling.
Stacy Herring
Co-Founder
Stacy Herring has a diverse background working with Property Management companies as the President of the Board for a Homeowners Association. She also has excelled in the IT field as an Application Systems Analyst managing multiple projects. Her background comes with over twenty years of experience in both fields. Both roles have provided her with the experience of doing project management, budgets, major project renovations, and software upgrades. Stacy has embraced her diverse leadership roles and is always willing to step and guide her team to success.
When Stacy decided to get involved in real estate syndication she was able to seamlessly transition into her new role using the skills she has acquired throughout her career. Stacy is able to bring strong coordination, team building, and relationship building skills to a field where relationships are a vital part of your success. Stacy is able to effectively communicate with brokers and lenders, while also maintaining integrity, transparency, respect and professionalism with her investors.
In her spare time, Stacy loves to spend time with her family and friends, travel, and line dance.
